I think its right because all roommates are entitled to have their own privacy and not be force to leave the room because someone wants to have sex. Its not freedom of expression because you're invading someone else's privacy. In way its a offensive and in way its not. No one wants to wake up to someone else having sex but at the same it's their room too... So it goes both ways. The administrators probably thought it was disgusting and a violation to the other person. I don't think the law can be enforce because people are going to do what they want.
