For fifth graders that was very smart of them to think of such a plan. I also respect them for that. Knowing that they are so young and they are worried about the schools environment shows a lot about their characters as students. By reading that I have so much respect for them and makes me want to step up to the plate and do the same.

MY President

I would like my presidential candidate to be a middle age guy. Knowing that he is middle aged he's old enough to know what's been going on the world, and what needs to be changed from years before. He would be mixed so that different ethic backgrounds would have someone to relate to. He would be a democrat. He feels that abortion should be up to the woman. He also feels that all that work in Iraq that was necessary is done, and the troops should come home immediately. The way he feels on health issues, your financial status shouldn't determined your health. All citizens should received the same benefits regardless of their income.Image and video hosting by TinyPic

I think its right because all roommates are entitled to have their own privacy and not be force to leave the room because someone wants to have sex. Its not freedom of expression because you're invading someone else's privacy. In way its a offensive and in way its not. No one wants to wake up to someone else having sex but at the same it's their room too... So it goes both ways. The administrators probably thought it was disgusting and a violation to the other person. I don't think the law can be enforce because people are going to do what they want.

Death penalty

The bible teaches us that taking a life is a sin. When a killer takes a life he should be punished but if we agree to execute him, aren't we also committing a sin. Sometimes punishing someone with a life sentence is payment enough. They will have to spend the rest of their life living with what they had done. As the old saying says, " Two wrongs don't make a right."

President Carter does have a point.. because its a lot racism and a lot of stuff being said just because Obama is black... President Bush had many mess ups but nothing was ever said..I think what Kanye said was wrong.. He had no right to have such an outburst on national television.. It was not just humiliating its also disrespectful to Taylor Swift..He had the right of freedom of speech but nobody has the right to embarrass anyone in such a manner..I don't think the media is handling the situation neutrally nor slanderously.. In a way i think kanye deserves for people to know what he did and how wrong it was, but and I don't think the situation could be handled neutrally because Taylor swift didn't do anything wrong so she really has no story to tell except for how embarrassed she was.

The stated goal was just to keep kids in school. It was reached because it kept kids motivated. Yes it was a momentual moment! It was a step in history! I realized that education is crucial to American society today like he said" you can't drop out of school until I good job." I think it changed American students view just for the moment, some kids are just going to do what they want.

Yes because without the constitution people wouldn't be treated right.. Because we have our bill rights guartees all citizens rights from birth..It limit powers, its not biased toward social classes. Also the constitution ensures that no part of government gains to much power in the government.
